Denny Gore; Music Director. * Jeff was music director/composer for the PBS feature, 'Rainier -The Mountain' produced in high-definition television here at KCTS Seattle. The show was used to launch the KCTS high-definition digital station, now broadcasting full time. * Jeff was also selected to write the body of work for the documentary series coverage of the Valdez oil spill a weekly national satellite broadcast in 1989. * When it came time for the infamous Tom Robbins, of 'Even Cowgirls Get the Blues' fame, to select the music for his own PBS documentary, Tom selected Jeff from a score of enthusiasts. Jeff filled the bill, satisfying Tom's unusual taste in variety. * Nick Stelino selected Jeff to write and produce the themes for the series Nick Stalino's Family Kitchen. * Over the last fifteen years, Jeff has written or produced the musical bodies of work for twenty-six KCTS productions, several feature films for Weyman & Associates and Brockway Television in New York, while producing several artist/songwriters per year. All of this while maintaining work on his own artistic catalog. His most recent musical score will begin airing on the PBS station, KCTS channel 9, February 15th 8pm in the documentary, 'Generation 9' produced by Jack Hammon. |
